Responsibilities:
Build positive rapport with patients and parents by delivering exceptional customer service over the phone Promptly respond to incoming calls Utilize scorecards to ensure you meet the standard requirements for each call Schedule appointments to ensure all practices are booked according to protocol Accurately document all information exchanged during each call Contact parents/patients to remind them of their scheduled appointments Effectively communicate office policies over the phone
Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish is a plus Previous customer service experience is preferred Able to work Monday-Friday as well as select Saturdays and holidays Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
