Responsibilities:
Unload and receive incoming shipments of materials.
Helping in production with orders Ensure that both the exterior surroundings of the building and the interior of the shop areas are kept clean.
Store materials in designated areas for optimal organization.
Replenish lumber stocks for air drying.
Daily heavy-lifting tasks are required.
Manage and organize inventory in an orderly manner.
Assist in pulling lumber for production and provide support to woodworkers.
Safely operate material handling equipment.
Promptly report any safety concerns to the Shop Manager.
Ensure safe and proper loading of materials for deliveries.
Fulfill orders for shipment as directed by management.

Full-time (40
hours per week).
Compensation:
Competitive salary (entry-level & experienced), with potential increases based on performance, productivity, and skill development.
Paid Vacations (after 6 months of full-time employment) Paid Holidays:
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Paid Sick Leave:
5 paid sick days per year.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation and consistently arrive on time.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Sound judgment and common sense are essential.
Ability to pass a background check.
Adherence to company rules and safety policies is mandatory.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Forklift operation skills.
Proficient in basic math and reading.
