Shipped with USPS Ground.Technically speaking, it's a rare room or set of ears for that matter that can't benefit from some equalization. Now this uses left and right channel RCA jacks in and out so you may be limited as to how you connect it but there's lots of ways such as between your CD player or Turntable and your receiver. In any case, a lot of people just love to add an Equalizer like this for the light show and because it looks cool and is gorgeous.
